Without food..either the liver or kidneys will shut down..I dont remember which one..How is his jaundice?  Have you tried making him the liver shake..or letting him have bits of raw chicken livers?  It would help the anemia..adn I dont kow many cats who can refuse to eat them...even when sick...does someone have that recepie to post?
