Andy Taylor <[email protected]> added the comment:

Hello FFmpeg team,
We've re-written our EULA, and we now explicitly exclude any included Open
Source Software (such as FFmpeg) from the definition of "Cooliris Software" in
Section 1 of our EULA "License Grant". In this way, any restrictions to the
defined "Cooliris Software" do not apply to FFmpeg, and subsequent users are
free to use it under FFmpeg license terms.

In addition, we still continue to give full credit within the application, in
the included license, as well as online to the FFmpeg group in order to comply
with LGPL terms of use.

I appreciate your patience on this matter, and thank you for your assistance in
resolving these issues.
