Please note that after having spent an abysmal amount of time with this issue
(and being your free juridical advisor), the next time I will have a look at
this issue will not be before June 7th, so I recommend you use the time to
actually fix something instead of inventing new ways (or programs) to breach the
(L)GPL every week.

To everybody else:
After discussing the (L)GPL for more than a month, a new application was placed
on Kandalu's website, having exactly the same issue(s) as the two older
applications originally had.
I also recommend reading the interesting marketing-speech on the mentioned page
- note that a comparison is made between "H-264" (sic), "X264" and "Kandalu
compression" which actually is libavcodec-driven x264 in a GPL'd wrapper.
