First of all many thanks for your clarifications and mostly for having put us in a new category of those who are "not yet in full compliance, but are in negotiations with FFmpeg and making good progress towards compliance". A couple of considerations in reference to your latest post: As for your comment that we have not reached conformity, this could have been true at the begining but after all the indications you sent us we believe that we were in the process to solve the issue (see K Kitchen and K Video Burn - softwares that now comply with the GPL agreement). As for KandaluLite/Video we have received new instructions by Diego that have been immediately applied. We would like to know what other issues are still pending in order to conclude this practice. Once again Kandalu Software is completely committed to solve in absolute transparancy any other infrigement that you still could find, please give us new indications on what to do.
