Thank you for your kind comments;-)

A few corrections:
That handling this issue was time-consuming was not caused by our requests, but
by you not reading (and, thus, not following) the GPL.
I did not accuse you to having changed your products to circumvent the GPL'
rules. I am, however, convinced that by changing your products in a way that did
not change anything about their GPL compliance (because you had not read it) -
but claiming it did, you made our "issue-handling" much more time consuming.
I'd like to point out once again that I do not just hope you did not do your
utmost to reach conformity, I am convinced you did not. (In addition, you never
claimed having read the GPL until not very long ago.)
Of course, length of correspondence is no proof at all!
I, otoh, believe that offering a new product with *exactly* the same GPL
violation as the last one fixed for a previous product, is quite a strong proof
that you did not just fail to do your utmost.

Now the important thing:
You seem to believe that when I point out one or more issues, I do this after I
have checked your whole website, downloaded every installer, looked at every
license and instructed you what to do.
(That is what your legal advisor would do.)
Apart from the fact that above would not be easy because of your "sales
development plan" and the constant changes it implies:
I did not do that, I never claimed I work like that on GPL violation issues and
I can assure you, I will neither do that for you nor for anybody else!
What I did (and will do) is: I take a very quick look on your site and a random
installer, the moment I find a problem related to our software license, I report
it here (and immediately stop doing further, time-consuming research). I hope
you understand now why "further requests" are constantly made.

I'd like to add that if you believe our "further requests" are not covered by
the GPL, you should clearly state so (and not try to imply we are inventing
these requests - that is what you did in your last message).

Carl Eugen
