Two more weeks have passed without further reaction from you, the EULA
on the website remains unmodified.

This has been going on for eight months, in which you had plenty of time
to fix all the issues. Our patience is now at an end, you have abused
our goodwill and our free legal consulting services for too long.

You have forfeited your rights to redistribute FFmpeg after violating
the licensing terms. We have not restored those rights to you, nor do
we plan to do it while you continue to be in violation. You are
willfully continuing your infringement. This has to stop.

You have exactly one more week to address the remaining issues. You
will also have to compensate us for the time we invested in acting as
your legal consultants.

If you choose to continue to ignore us, we will pass this issue over to
our lawyers from the Software Freedom Law Center. If necessary, they
will sue you into compliance, which will incur New York lawyer fees as
additional costs to you.

Diego
