yes, from the same source H265 is smaller with the same quality but that
donÄt change the fact whenever you encode already lossy encoded sources
you will degrade quality more
you sound like morons which endoce MP3 to FLAC and pretend to hear
quality increasements because now it's lossless without nderstanding
that what got lost don't come back
