Thanks for your additional response. For the avoidance of doubt, I brought up the CoC in the context of the part of the thread I was replying to. I have no official standing to judge, but if it helps you I believe people who take the time to pause and reflect on their actions (as you have done) are doing the right thing. There is a distinction between pointing out what someone has provided is not helpful [0]; and attacking the person personally for not being helpful. I am not sure the latter can be justified in light of the CoC. (Further discussion should probably be taken to a new thread.)
