Hi Holly, So you were the other lady that bought one of those electric spinners Sat. I spent half the morning talking to the man (never did get his name, but he's with Wild Meadow Angora...email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] ) and spinning on one of the machines and then went back after class in the afternoon and bought one. I think it's great!! Spinning is so easy, smooth, and quiet! It has a handle so you can just pick it up and go. Only weighs 9 pounds. He makes them with an Ashford flyer and bobbin. Only one bobbin comes with the spinner so I need to get some more. Shouldn't be hard to find. I'm looking for used ones. I filled my one bobbin back in the motel room and haven't done anything with it yet. I need to wind it off so I can spin one of the angora blends I bought. Yummy stuff! This was my first trip to the Michigan Festival and it was really nice! Just the right size for two days...taking a half day class on each one and still have plenty of time to get around to all the vendors.
