Wool/Mohair and Wool/Bunny will indeed felt! If you are going for a specific size it would be good to make a swarch and determine the shrinkage during felting. Sometimes knitting felts more in the vertical plane than the horizontal. On the other hand, if you are going to make felt, then cut a shape out of it, the starting size isn't so critical, just make it "big enough"!
