As a minimum, the announcement should have: When the event is--days of week as well as dates, preferably Contact information--website, email, phone, snail mail address What the event is about Who is invited Star attractions--speakers, teachers, events Where the event is located--nearest city, state/province, country And the listing should be 10 lines or less.
