One thing I love in Spin-off but think there was more of in the past
was the gallery, showing a wide range of projects done by people all
over, that doesn't include instructions in detail but instead gives a
range of inspirations. I think it balances well with in-depth
articles, so that if the in-depth articles are on something (cotton
spinning, say) that isn't of interest to a particular reader, there
is still something exciting there.
