With the varied group here, I'd like to pose a question. I have three pieces of fabric (all less than 24" in any direction) that I'd like to have stretched, matted and framed.
What should I request from the frame shop (or other business) who is doing the work? I've never done this, but would like the pieces (cotton/linen and pure linen) to be mounted smoothly and not pucker or buckle over time, and not be damaged by the framing method. (I'm not considering having glass put over them). Thanks in advance for any guidance.
