I've been hearing more and more about Kombucha tea and how it helps
people with fibromyalgia and other problems. Maybe you could find some
and give it a try? I'm going to get some starter early next month. It
seems to be a sort of overall boosting tonic, lifting the health level
of the person drinking it. But I've heard it specifically mentioned
with fibromyalgia....

I use alternative medicines myself, and am not at all 'anti' alternatives, but I am a bit leery of Kombucha, because of the kind of brew it is.

I wouldn't say "don't use it" but would suggest, if you decide it is right for you, that you use good caution; being sure your source is reliable, and that you take proper sanitary precautions when brewing it.

Of course, it's sensible to do this with most things, tho, isn't it?
