I am really interested in how you stopped the wavy edges but I am having a
hard time visualizing it. Did you knit a tube and stitch the open ends
together (like a seam)? If so, didn't they felt together. Or I am way off
base. Thanks for any clarification.

   I use to have this happen but now I stitch the open ends together with
   cotton yarn which Iremove after felting......no waves at the edges. I do
   sheets of felted knitting which I cut up to make slippers, so I want to
   be able to use all of the felted piece.
