When I got my Magnus wheel, I mentioned that sometimes, with some of my wheels, some of bobbins 'clattered' as I spun. Heidi told me to use Vaseline on the bobbin shaft. It stops the clattering just dandy. I only use Vaseline on the bobbin shaft, and only for noisy bobbins.
