For the last dozen years or so, I've been using a great product for all my
wheels. It's called 'Super Lube'. The tube says the ingredients are
'multi-purpose synthetic-based oil with Teflon.' It sells in a clear plastic
tube, that looks like a fat pen. It has a pocket clip on it, a cap, and a
red tip cap. Works a treat for oiling the things that are weight bearing
and/or produce friction.
I haven't used it on anything leather. For that I use the same oil my
husband puts in his VW. I think it's 30W.
