Dear All,
As previously agreed all membership list(excel sheet), forms and cash are to be
sent to the executive treasurer who will in turn acknowledge receipt. After
verification the executive treasurer will forward the list to membership and
insurance committee for further action. My report is highly dependent on what i
receive from the executive treasurer. Kindly ensure that this procedure is
followed to avoid dissappointment.
