Yes.

To move the folder on the Mac, just drag it where you want it. The 
constant will go with it. To rename it, click on the folder text and change it.

Please keep in mind that the Mac has a more object-oriented file system 
than Windows. If the application reference the folder location as an ID, the 
user can move/rename that folder and the application will still find the 
folder location. (This is true for all folders and files, not just the hard-wired 
constant folders.)
If I remember correctly, MacFin reference its own folders by IDs (for Font 
Annotation etc).
