What's a connection box? This is the same type of cable I used for 
every printer and system I've had prior to my current one: a nice, 
thick cable with a round connector that plugs into the Mac's printer 
port, and another connector of the same type at the printer end, that 
plugs into a port labled with a pair of arrows pointing in opposite 
directions.
