Now a purely mechanical problem (or 2): the paper jams all the time, viz., it comes out of the tray and then crumples into folds where it should be feeding past the toner cartridge. Also, how do I take out the paper tray? It has an obvious handle, but when I pull on it the tray doesn't want to emerge at all.
