Hello Everybody,

a question just came up. The Finale documentation suggests to use two
hard spaces as invisible syllable in order to handle this situation.

Isn't it better to use what Windows calls a "Soft Hyphen"? That way, the
first hyphen in the next system is positioned nicely under the first
note, and it doesn't have ill effects on Note Spacing. 

If you follow the manual and use a hard space and drag it to the left in
order to indirectly position your first hyphen, Music Spacing will screw
up.
