If you're copying large blocks of music, why *wouldn't* you want the clef *changes* copied along with the music, especially when the destination is on the same staff as the source?
Because most of the time, I'm copying vertically, not horizontally. Even when I'm copying horizontally, the instrumentation I typically write for (big band) doesn't usually require clef changes in the first place.
BTW, I don't remember "Copy Everything" every copying clef changes. I could be wrong, though.
