I know there are spiral effects in Photo Shop, so perhaps you could create a VERY long page of your staff in a single system that stretches as long as you need, and then save that as a tiff file, import that into photoshop or paintshoppro (also uses the same plug-ins but costs much less) and play with it there.
I've never tried it (can't see how it would be legible to the musicians unless you mount it on a pinwheel with a very slow breeze turning it in tempo, but that's a different matter) but it's just a thought that might work.
