When I purchased the upgrade to Finale 2004 I phoned Finale's customer service and they told me I could not buy the software from them and should have to contact a local dealer. Result: products ships a little later (it's ok for me, using Finale in English; the translated version, in any case, ships 2/5 months later) and cost much more. One example for all: MS Office, in Italy (English version) costs more than the double price you pay in the U.S.
