Seconded! Spamsieve is great. I'm using the mailsmith/spamsieve combination and it's very versatile. Haven't seen one for a while, but occasionally people going on holiday switch "Thanks for the message, I'm out of the office" autoresponders on that reply to EVERY message on a list, literally doubling the content! I presume this list has a feature to suppress such postings.
