That sounds easy!
I also think that Chris' suggestion to remove the "lite" version might be a good idea. I seem to remember something about this from some time ago.

Hi Chuck,
This is a longstanding bug with TGTools that pops up occasionally. The solution is to open some other (non-TGTools) plugin, then close it. TGTools should work fine after that.
