I searched for a FAQ but didn't find this, forgive me if it has been answered many times:

1) In going for a 10 x 13 format conductor's score, what issues should watch out for in terms of preparation for printing via pdf for double sided printing? I need the title page with instrumentation on the first actual page, then to have the actual score begin on page 2, which would be the first left handed page- correct?

Make sure that all the places where paper sizes are set agree on the size -- I think with PDF files that shouldn't be a problem. When printing to physical paper people sometimes run into problems with the printer driver needing to be set along with the several places in Finale where the page sizes are set.

2) Comb binding for conductor's scores?

There's a great division on this point, with many favoring a plastic-coil binding rather than comb-binding.

3) For printing parts, will "your average" print shop be able to handle printing onto a single sheet, which when folded and opened, will yield two pages? At the same 10 x 13 format?

You'll need to contact your local average print shop to find that out. Just because mine can doesn't mean yours will be able to, and even if mind couldn't handle it, yours might be able to.
