It would probably benefit most people, but as of now I don't see how
it could handle large scores with divisi on one staff (or alternating
with one or several parts in the score depending on the situation)
for winds and brass instruments.
I normally duplicale my score to make the changes necessary before
extracting parts (exploding multi-notes staves into their respective
own staves.
What is the solution for this, Darcy?
this is a pretty normal example I think.
Darcy, could you post the complete proposal that has been made to
MakeMusic?
