Again, I really think this is splitting hairs. Since absolutely anyone in the world can subscribe and then read the entire list archives, our postings are already public, for all intents and purposes.

I'm not arguing in favor of these archive sites (though I do like the search capabilities), I'm just saying that it doesn't matter to me because it doesn't expose anything that wasn't already exposed. If you disagree with this assessment, I'd be interested in hearing why.
