[Finale] Question 2 for the day

So, after yesterday's long discussion about writing data to a CDRW.   
I did so, hit the burn command and did, in fact,  get data  
transfered.  I think Aaron suggested the disk could be used like a  
big floppy, adding and deleting data at will. I just inserted same  
disk, tried to write more data to it, and got message that the disk  
could not be altered ...

Please Explain ..
