I'm familiar with Peak. But I guess I'm looking at editing,
processing and mastering as separate things. Ozone is a mastering
plug-in. But it sounds like Peak is still covering that part of it
for you.
Sorry for the headaches you are having with the Peak upgrade.

Peak is a mastering application, and the problems are with editing,
not with plugins or DSP.
