Sure they've been in business this long for a reason -- until recently there wasn't any real competition. Not for people using Macs or Windows machines.

If Yugo was the only auto manufacturer selling cars in the U.S. market, it would still be in business over here.

But with competition (can you say Sibelius?) comes the requirement for better quality control, even in the bug-riddled world of software.
