There seems to be no need for tinyurl here; the actual URL is just http://finalemusic.com/support
Though Allen, if you have any way of passing this on to the appropriate people, I would note two things:
1. The support dropdown menu on finalemusic.com does *not* list this page as one of the options. The only way to reach it seems to be to click on Support itself, and then click on the Online Support link. I would really suggest adding this page to the dropdown.
2. It's actually a little confusing that the URL for the online form is what it is. If I typed in that URL, I would expect it to take me to the main support page (which for you seems to be at http://finalemusic.com/support.aspx ), not to a page *under* main support.
