Depends on what you are doing. I use a wireless
with my laptop (I really dislike touch pads and eraser heads). Using a wireless
allows me to have fewer cords (to get tangled up) in my laptop bag. That's gotta
be good.
If you use your computer for presentations,
you may find a wireless mouse with a long range very useful.

Subject: [Finale] OT - pointing
devices
To the wisdom of the list,
Time for a new pointing
device. Would someone describe for me in a short statement the operating
principle(s) of the cordless mouse beyond the obvious concept in its
name? What (is) are its most redeeming feature(s)? Many thanks from this
old and rather technically out of date Finale user.
