Thanks for pointing out that distinction.  I used that menu item a long time
ago had forgotten it was there.

David Bailey does appear to be correct, from what I can tell, that adding
another p. 2, for example, does *not* bring back any p. 2 text blocks.  And,
I know no way of retaining any text block formatting that may have been
lost.

Little consolation.
