On Mac this has been fixed since at least Fin2004. I would be surprised if it hasn't on Win also. Or perhaps there is a specific type of expression that's a problem. If so, be specific.
- Start a new document, single staff, with 4/4 time signature. In Staff Attributes check 'Independent Key Signature'. Then with the Time Signature Tool try to change the time signature to 3/4. Nothing happens - it won't change.
That one is still there. But it is an absurd test. The minute you add another staff, the problem goes away. If there is only one staff, there is no need for an independent key sig. So it's a fake problem. Even if you really had to have the ind. key sig for some reason, you could set up the meters first. Given the limited resources and the huge bug list, I would be letting this one slide too.
One of my pet bugs they did fix is that you can now copy/paste articulations based on shape designer shapes. Thru Fin06, you got unpredictable results if you did this.
