Yeah, but why buy Toast when Disk Utility can do it? You don't need to
use Mac The Ripper to copy a 4 gigabyte DVD. Toast or Disk Utility can
make a copy. You guys are suggesting a LOT of work to copy a DVD.
Disk Utility. Simple. Slow, but simple and free.

I honestly don't think this is true. I am not even sure what DVD would
not be "VIDEO_TS compatible". If it plays as a DVD, it probably is a
standard DVD, or a VR DVD, and both can, and should, be extracted
using MacTheRipper. DVD_VRs can also be extracted using Toast,
especially if they are on a DVD-R(W), this format is a little tricky,
but Toast can deal with it.
