How are you putting in the text? If you use a measure or note expression (not a bad way to do it, since you can enter them with metatools, use auto-positioning and duplicate it for the next expression) then there is SuperScript in the Text menu. You can apply it to only one character if you want.

I use Bach, the free font, for my sharps and flats in text documents, and it works well here, too. Once you know the amount of lift you need (.05 inches does it for me) then you can remember and apply it again.

BTW, you didn't ask, but it is much more conventional to put the Roman analysis BELOW the staff. That's where most theory guys put it, and expect to see it, at any rate.
