If 10.3.9 is running adequately on Lawrence's computer, there's
really no compelling reason to upgrade the OS unless there's some
particular piece of software he needs that requires 10.4.x.
He should also keep in mind that while 10.3 supported Classic, 10.4
does not, if he's running anything important in 9.2.
