Not possible -- when booted into Windows, it cannot see the HFS+
drives OS X uses. So WinXP can't see my main OS X partition on the
boot drive, nor my 500 GB FireWire HD (also HFS+). I had to reformat
my secondary FireWire HD (in FAT32 format) to make it visible to
Windows.
FAT32 may be wasteful, but AFAIK it's the only solution that allows me
to read-write all of my drives in OS X, and at least *some* of my
drives in WinXP.
