The Fin2008b release is missing most of the graphics for the various
tool palettes. The only ones that are included are "Globe" and
"Traditional." (I use "Globe" so I didn't notice the problem.)
I would assume that MM will be issuing a fix for this shortly, but in
the meanwhile, just switch to one of the two included palettes.

I have not yet tried trashing the prefs to resolve the blank tool
pallet issue. If anyone tries that, please report to the list.
