As for the video quality. I encoded at a rate that I thought would be ok for people with slow and fast connections.
keeping in mind many people learning finale could possibly be on uni servers... and taht today bandwidth is r-e-a-l-l-y not the same issue it was even five years ago. accessibility is an important issue, but so is content and presentation. why not offer hi/lo versions?
