I agree. I have Manhassets in several of my
Elementary school band rooms. They require
tightening from time to time. This is a small
inconvenience, but I have to have my socket
wrench handy to fix them right. Sometimes the
desks get loose as well, but a screwdriver is all
that is needed to remedy the situation. The
Manhassets are very rugged and take a beating.
I have not been as pleased with the Wenger
stands. They lose hydraulic pressure and slowly
drop in height. They look great but the ones we
have in my County have a lip on the desk that
makes attaching a stand light more
challenging....IMHO
It's a bit more than I was hoping to spend, but they
have the perfect stand - thanks!!
