Yes, but the feet are metal with sharp edges on the bottom. They will
scratch a floor (wood, vinyl, etc) very easily. I wrapped mine with moleskin
and it seems to work so far.
Manhasset Floor Protectors, package of 3, $3.99. They're 'way ahead
of you. I've used them for about 50 years, and never noticed any
scratching.
