I know I'm not who this is directed to, but all you need to do is set up your new DB in FileMaker then export your AppleWorks db as a comma- separated values (CSV) file. Then import that into FileMaker. Haven't done it in a while, but it is pretty straight-forward.

Jonathan,

I am interested in trying to convert my AppleWorks DB to a Filemaker Pro DB. Can you please explain the steps that I should take to accomplish the task?

Thanks.

You can always easily import this data to a Filemaker pro file at a later date - I find this very easy to do.
