It's something to do with windowing. If they're set up this way
already in prefs, you'll run into it. I *think* if you put them back
it may work, but don't hold me to that.
I hope all of you that are running into this send in a support
request. The huge advantage to the new case system is that we have a
very accurate picture of what we get contacted about.

I simply zip it, which makes a backup next to the original.
When this happens next time, I select the corrupted one, hit Cmd
+Del, then double-click the zipped file. I do this at least
once a week :-(
