I don't understand what you mean by #3. Do you mean the ability to repeat a single track indefinitely? The iPod has that. Do you mean the ability to play a single track once and then stop? The iPod has that, too. And neither requires setting up each track as its own song.

I also suspect you'd have a great deal of difficulty finding a portable MP3 player with a better output jack than the iPod.
