I have completely given up using the 9 key to flip enharmonic. It hasn't worked reliably since linked parts were introduced. I always use respell instead (where possible -- respell is still an awful mess for chromatically transposing instruments), or change my enharmonic settings and re-enter the note. Using the * key to show/hide accidentals doesn't work reliably either, often requiring the note to be re-entered. Enharmonics are probably the single buggiest area of Finale. Coping with all of them is *intensely* frustrating, especially for those of us who use chromatically transposing instruments (for non-key sig music).
