Hi Chris, Thanks for the tip. I do not think it is possible to wrap my head around the idea that when I want F#, I should enter F on my MIDI keyboard. Anyway, I've long since gotten used to triggering my iKey shortcuts for "Favor Sharps" and "Favor Flats" before entry, as needed.
Or, you know, noticing after the fact that I have entered sharps when I wanted flats, cursing, deleting the notes, triggering the correct spelling, and re-entering. That sucks, but it's still better than holding down F nat. on the MIDI keyboard when the pitch I really want is F#!
